Why does newt act like 99 weeks of unemployment is a big deal when?

when not only will it take much more than 99 weeks to create better paying jobs there are no jobs and some people due to low wage employment get only $20 to $100 a week on unemployment. no way thats going to pay for an associates degree. there are already job training programs in place that fail people because they don't teach JD Edwards software skills, how to create iphone apps, how to create web business pages incorporating social media, they dont use E Learning for the right skill set they actually have crammed over 300 people in to one room standing around 9-5 playing simon says and doing nothing so the center can get govt money. they are nothing but detention centers for most to keep them off the streets when the shelters put them out during the days to get money from drop ins coming in to use the beds during the day. ? that was a very good point some are so stressed out or have learning disabilities and mental issues so obviously im not talking about them. They have other programs and charities helping them out with benefits in addition to welfare. NO not everyone on unemployment chooses to go through the hell of getting food stamps and welfare. Some use the soup kitchens pantries or just do the best they can and stay off welfare. my question is to raise questions and ideas to discuss, plain common sense

The longest unemployment benefits have ever been available before was 52 weeks... More

The people living on welfare are being lazy, I am with him that 99 weeks is a long... More
