I'd be inclined to source another engine (I expect you can get one cheap enough) with a lot fewer miles on it, and you can build-up the engine and work out the logistics of fitting the blower - the location inside the engine-bay, the mountings you need to fabricate - don't rush into this, it won't be a weekends' project!
I'd like to cut and paste from an answer I gave earlier today, for a guy who wants to supercharge a Corvette. In your case, it's possible a mid-sized Eaton supercharger, such as the M90 (90cubic-inches of air moved each revolution) would suffice. You can have a REASONABLE boost in torque and power, if you aren't too greedy, and enjoy good reliability - chase HUGE power-gains, and ca$h and reliability are the price.
I'd definitely add a large intercooler, and if you can rig a soaker-system to it, so much the better, as well as Water/Methanol injection, to optimise power and insure against pre-ignition - your fuel is quite lame in the USA, isn't it? Water/Meth can boost it to an apparent 110 Octane rating, or similar! Bang for the buck you just HAVE to fit Water/Meth.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/AEM-WATER-METHAN… I'd also fit a large oil-cooler, and an oil catch-tank too.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-17-ROW…http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHROME-POLISHED-… You really need an adjustable fuel-pressure regulator, and maybe an electric water-pump. Davies,Craig are an Australian company, making a great product. It's run by a digital controller.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/INJECTED-BYPASS-…http://www.ebay.com/itm/Davies-Craig-804… I'd personally have a couple of big-wings added to your sump (oil-pan) to increase it's capacity by at least 1 litre, and fit baffles in them to prevent surge when cornering. Add some under-bonnet heat-shields on things like power-steering pump and hoses, wiring and the alternator and starter, as well as some good bonnet vents. I'd definitely wrap or fit hot-socks on the exhaust headers and front-pipes. Heat is your real enemy in the pursuit of more power, and maintaining a reliable high power output, but SO MANY guys never account for it at the START of a project, they just put out fires as and when they happen! $100 of preparation is a lot better than $1,000 of repair!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/36ft-White-Ceram… You will need a specialist to re-program your cars' ECU, and possibly go up a size in fuel-injectors and up a heat-grade your spark-plugs.
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=eato… eBay.com have it all there, you key in "intercooler" and there are 17,000 items! It's all to do with what fits.
You will need to have a specialist make you a drive-pulley out of billet-alloy, and use an idler to keep the belt to the right tension. It may help if you can forgo the air-con in your car! I will be running the 'charger in my Alfa-Romeo on two poly-v alternator drive belts, since I don't have air-con, and will be taking the power-steering off soon.
This won't be cheap, and it will represent a lot of work, but the result will be proportional to the effort and resources that you throw at the job. You can do a half-4$$ED effort on this, and get several breakdowns and a barely-worth-it power& torque increase, or you can do it properly, get a good 40?ncrease in power&torque, and coast-to-coast, sit an hour in traffic reliability.
Good luck.
