Obama has created 2 million jobs since 2010, what are Congressmen Bonehead and Cancer talking about?

Independent studies estimate that the pipeline will only create a few thousand temporary jobs. Why are Republicans playing politics with this issue, when we need a serious energy policy that starts phasing out fossil fuels?
