When are US citizens going to take responsibility for bankrupting America?

They blame Obama. They blame the banks. They blame wall street. Yet, they keep spending. When are they going to admit they spent more money than they had on extravagant homes, cars and lifestyle?

Obviously it's stupid to blame Obama (should be blaming Congress), but tell me, how are we supposed to spend money we don't have because of the banks/corporations on extravagant things like that?

America has been poor since the gold standard was removed. Also when we became an import instead of export Country. Most Americans are middle and poor class. We are a Nation of immigrants. Your Country is known for being about 20 years behind the times and kangaroos.

I am 22. I earn under $20,000 a year. I have never owned a credit card, much less a mortgage on a house. The newest car I've ever owned was a 1998 Ford Taurus. I was able to pay my way through college and earned a BS in chemistry-with NO debt. Don't accuse ME of YOUR indulgence!
