What are some good arguments for a debate about being against the government subsidizing renewable energy?

I need some help for a debate being held in my class and I have had no luck finding any information on this topic. If anyone has any helpful information, that would be great. I also need some sources of where I (helpful answerer) found the facts. Thank you.
