I am not a personal trainer. I am just a working professional who takes his health, diet, and fitness regimen very seriously, and I have a physique that shows exactly that. Big breakfast, small meals the rest of the day, dont eat late at night/before you go to bed as it turns to fat. When your sleeping you dont burn as many calores, so food you eat before bed wont do anything. Also, start exercising and dont eat crap.
