America's movie industry and TV media exposing Secret military forces?

What a smart idea to expose secret forces to the world to see. I made this after seeing the act of valor trailer and I think it's just wrong to show any footage depicting anything the secret forces do

the thing about movies like those is that the operations that they show you are already public knowledge, the movie is only showing the SEAL's perspective of the action

During and after the Cold War, they made movies about spies and what not. It's no different. Hollywood will never be able to truly depict special forces though. What you see is just what they THINK it looks like.

They didn't entirely expose the Special Operations Forces. Although they did show a lot about the training and some of the things they do. But if you are talking about the TV chow "Secrets of SEAL Team 6"; that show didn't really give any secrets, they kinda just made a TV show about what they already knew, but the... More

The SEALs are not Dumba$$es who would go spill their playbook they understand operational seccurity edit this is no differnt than the movies the DOD helped to produce in World War II

Since Hollywood get drill and ceremony wrong and the wear of the uniform and the salute is all ate the f**k up, yea I am proud they actually used the real military instead of a bunch of actors that can;t salute or wear cammo. properly to save there own lives... More
