Why did Santorum defend Homeowners in the Arizona Debate who use Illegals to Clean them?

He was slamming Romney for his automated system to force employers to check to see if their workers are indeed legal, and Santorum said that he would not require homeowners to check their home laborers? Do you think he is watching out for his friends, because I know the average American is not employing illegal help to clean their house, mow their yards, clean their pools and have love children for them?

The average homeowner doesn't have access to e-verify most illegals won't admit to being illegal if you ask them. Especially if they think it will cost them a job.

He DID NOT defend them. He said he would not use FEDERAL resources to go after them. Then he looked right at sheriff Joe and told HIM he would support HIS efforts to prosecute that sort of thing. Stop twisting fcts you stinking lying liberal Obama-bot.
