Can I survive without college?

Well I got a lot of things to say. I am studying in a uptu college, third class university. I would not say I deserve this but I could have been in IIT'S if I wanted to, but it was impossible for me to learn and read things that don't interest me i.e physics, chemistry, maths. I was selected in VMC delhi, was in the best batch in Bansal Classes kota but I was never interested in learning all that necessary for IIT's. So i didn't get into IIT's and landed in uptu. The college was all about rote learning. I do not attend classes, they are a total waste of time, instead I remain at home and learn on my own. I loved doing it, I love computers. Recently I build a website and wrote nearly 5000 lines of code all on my own. I learned Graph API, JQuery, ASP.NET, Sql, Google Maps API, Bing Maps API in 1 month. I loved every moment of my work and now today my 3rd semester result was declared. I failed in all subjects, I cleared the externals but they failed me in internals. I haven't told my parents about it. They do not support me and my decision of dropping out and I don't want to be thrown out of the house, I need my computer. But, why do people let me not do things I love doing. Why is getting a degree so important? Isn't what I learn or do not important, Can't we survive or get jobs without a degree? What do you say should I do? @Skydip Hey homo, if you can't help then don't write crap!
