Can you get promised any sea duty assignments in Navy?

I am planning on joining the navy and doing something in aviation working on a flight deck of a ship is what i really want to do and work around airplanes and helicopters also. I am wondering when i go see a recruiter what job do i specifically ask for and if i can get promised and put into my contract that i can go on a ship and serve deployments ect.

no. there are no guarantees as to duty station or deployment.. ever. depending on what airplane you get assigned to you could NEVER see a carrier or other ship.

No. Aviation jobs give the the opportunity for assignment to a ship or squadron. However, the squadrons go on the ships when deployed or on exercises. (Except for P-3 squadrons) Otherwise, squadrons are stationed at Naval Air Stations. If you request sea duty at your "A" School you should get it.
