You don't mention how old you are, but if you are under 21 & have no job, you're likely going to be denied the card.
Those trying to build or repair their credit often make the mistake of applying for the card they *want* instead of the card they are more likely to *get*.
Prime card lenders like to see at least one full year of solid work history and a bit of credit on your reports too.
You might be better off asking a parent to add you as an authorized user. If you are working, you might have a chance at getting a card. Do you currently bank with PNC? If so, go in and ask their loan/credit manager about the best way to start building credit. They may suggest opening a secured card.
Whatever you do, don't start blindly apping for cards you want. That will only lead to lots of hard inquiries on your report & this makes you look desperate, and that scares card companies & sends them running in the other direction.
