How do Tile Installers (or setters) make so much money?

I was wondering why they make alot of money. What exactly do they do? do they just install tiles on the floor/wall? Is it a hard job? How much do they make for each room or house they tile? I heard its about $75000 or more even which seems to be alot for a job like that!
