Is intelligence actually correlated with race?

For those who think I am bringing up a racist topic STOP. I am basing this of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence model. According to statistics Asians have the highest intelligence score (110 IQ) followed by whites (104 IQ), hispanics (91 IQ), and finally blacks (88 IQ). This is subjective based on the individual and obviously a black person can be much smart than an asian. However could their be some truth that certain races have distinct advantages.
