Im 23 and planning to study to become a Web Developer/Application Developer, but am i too old to learn this?
what i meant is i already have a job but its not what you can say as fulfilling, thats why im planning(and hoping) to study web design and application developer on my own.but do you guys think im already late to change my work at my age?

Absolutely not, most people these days change careers at least 5 times in there life time. You are only young, personally I became a Web Developer when I was 35 so you have plenty of time. Not at all. You're still really young, and even if you were old it's still never too late to learn. Check out the tutorials on Adobe's site and other sites like w3schools.com. There are also great tutorial videos on YouTube and free webinars that you can take to learn more.
