Why does the Ryan budget further burden the American working class?

by requiring that tax cuts for the top wealth quintile (who already pay taxes at a MUCH lower rate than workers), be financed by net tax increases or benefit reductions for the remaining four quintiles?

America is not divided into the 1% and the 99% It's divided into the 50% paying Federal Income tax and the 50% who are parasites that pay nothing. Everyone should pay something.
