If you were Prime Minister, how would you ensure more good jobs for young people?

As we all know, with recessions and globalization, there are barely any jobs left for young people who have just finished their undergraduate degree. There are many in the retail sector, with little benefit and low pay. So If you were the Prime Minister, what can you do to help ensure that there are good paying jobs for these young people? Thanks

Abolish the minimum wage. This would not only help young people. It would help everyone.
