My manager is disrespecting his employees?

I currently work at Gabriel Brothers and one of the 2 managers is very rude and disrespectfull to his employees. He doesnt speak to them with respect and has a habit of yelling at them. He is always sarcastic and thinks its funny. He has cause 2 employees to quite and one was there for almost 3 yrs. The other guy i work with doing maintainance is going to quit too. I have been there almost 3 weeks and i already cant stand him >\ is there anything i can say to him without getting fired? Or should i quit after i get different job then tell him off? He is really rude and its p*****g me off big time the way he treats people.

If Gabriel Brothers has a Human Resource department, and I'd think they do, you should contact them immediately and report this. This manager is clearly creating an uncomfortable work environment. Most contact with HR can be made anonymously in case you have concerns regarding that. Good luck.

while unprofessional, respect is not a trait a manger is required to have, neither is yelling, you can try your HR dept and file a complaint but chances are he is the manger because he is successful, and may prove difficult to get him to change.
