Is this a scam? Please help it sounds good, but also too good haha?

I posted an ad on craigslist looking for work. Someone texted me a couple days later, saying that I can post ads for them on craigslist, and also printing and sending checks. The person is located in Idaho. I was able to verify that He is real because we video chatted, but I still want to be %100 sure that this is not a scam. The following is an email that "Mark" sent me: Hello Prospective Employee, My name is Johnny Mark (Group Manager, Operations of JO&FRED Cleaning Groups Limited) I think you will make a good candidate and my company seeks people like you who have the zeal and ambition to work. The company need you to work as a private payroll officer, Whereby you will be in charge in handling the company finances by making out payments and taken records of each payment mailed out to clients and workers.. The Work will be process directly from your home. This position helps you to choose your own working hours and schedules and still have enough time to take care of your other responsibilities such as family. It also gives room for you to get a second job if you want to.This is a Part Time Job and Also a full time if needed. , We're seeking a honest individual that welcomes challenges and work well both as individuals and as part of a team.To compliment our team of e-commerce professionals, Our account Department seeks a Reliable Payroll officer in the United States. Seems real to me. I mean you video chatted with him and he communicated well with you. I don't see how this could be fake. If the email address has @company's name then it must be real.

It is a scam - you will end up 'receiving' checks, depositing them in your account, then sending a certain percent to your 'employer'. Then the deposited check is found to be not good, but you have already sent the money, so you will overdraw your account. It is money laundering, and you will go to prison if you are... More
