Since my student loans have defaulted, there is no point of trying to continue my education, right?

I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor degree in Digital Entertainment and Game Design at ITT Tech. Most of my time was spent job searching and improving my skills. Currently, I decided I wanted to continue my education in Web Design considering I am interested in it and could help me gain food money.

If you're in current default, then you won't be able to get Fed. financial aid. The likelihood of getting private funding would also be low because you defaulted on a previous loan (high risk). You may not be able to get a loan since you have defaulted on your previous student loans. A private lending company may take the risk but the interest rate will be higher. That would way into your decision of going back to school, but it doesn't mean you can't do it.

It sounds like you are stuck with a large debt in the form of student loans and really don't intend to pay them back. I would continue to look for a job if I were you because the government doesn't forget that you owe that money. Look into some new places to get a job.
