Jobs for a 13 year old girl?

I'm 13, and the summer is approaching and I need clothes and I want to go out with friends etc, and I'm in desperate need of money! My mum only gives me a small amount sometimes because we aren't that well off because my mum is an unemployed single parent, so I don't like to ask her for anything because she struggles enough as it is. I need make up, clothes and enough money to go out at times but I am so poor lol.. I have my own bank account but there is really no point in having it because it's always empty and even when I do get money in it I have it spent in like a minute on clothes. The local sweet shops aren't looking for any 'kids' to work for them.. we asked the hairdressers if they needed anyone to help with brushing up they said no. I asked about everywhere local but nobody is taking anyone of my age. I live in an area people would not trust you with their children, nor their dogs and last summer me and a couple of friends offered dog walking, car washing and garden keeping services but we were turned down. I need more ideas! I'm 13 and I love creative writing so maybe something to do with that.. anyway on the internet I could make money or anything but it can't be anything involving heavy weights, etc because I've just finished chemotherapy and my energy still isn't the best. Thanks for any answers and btw I'm from the UK incase you're from the US, Canada or somewhere and going to suggest something that's local to you :) x

You could baby sit, clean houses or mow lawns/shovel snow, but you can't actually work at a store, like Walmart, until your 14.
