being a Indian, How to get job in US?

I'm Satheesh doing final year MCA (86% marks) in a Engineering college affiliated Anna University chennai. I have been placed in TCS (Tata Consultancy Service). My dream is to work in USA. I have a passport. Please anybody answer me, What should be my first step and further steps to be placed in a US company directly from India, or else any other way to do it? Note: I don't know anything about the procedure to get job in USA. But I want to. anybody help me :(
