Good Nikon camera to get?

I work on an online newsletter for a job, but i need a new camera that will make my work/pictures look more professional. i was looking at the Nikon Coolpix L120, but i also need something cheep...i found one on Ebay for 269.99$, any good options/opinions? thanks. :) What's the battery life like on the Coolpix also? and can you have a neckstrap for it?

I have it, and it's a great camera. Easy to bring on trips, and looks great. But, if you want super professional photos, I suggest something more like the Nikon D5100 just because you can do more and get better quality pictures. It's a little bit price-yer but its worth every penny

THe L120 has been replaced by the L810 and the L810 only costs $279-ish, so just get that one. This is no such thing as a camera that will make your pictures look more professional.

Consider Nikon COOLPIX L120. I am semi-professional photographer who primarily shoots film I always have kept at least a digital P&S camera with me to get those "quick" shots that I can't get because of the time involved in setting up the shot in an SLR.
