When the nurse calls ask her if she could write the days and times down when they are calling in to see you, and who it will be each time? Also if there is any medicine or tablets to take. Make little notes to remind yourself what questions to ask when they call. Don't worry there good at their job!

There is an office manager that schedules the nurses and arranges for their visits hopefully in a close geographical area. Time off is arranged in advance with the office. I am not sure what you are asking.

There's usually someone from the home health care agency that does the scheduling or routing of home health aides. There's also a software on scheduling that is now used by agencies
