How can I believe I am being guided to the right job, people, etc.?
I have spent many years afraid to trust people. So of course often the people I have attracted have not been the people I can trust. I have also at times found really good people here on this site, in spiritual groups in person, great customers, etc. My prayer is that I am guided to the right person or people who have the right job for me. I know if I am specific I will get what I am specific about. I used to do this when I was younger with great success. I am not asking anyone to tell me to just take a job then change things. I know what I want & know I can get it yet I have this area that I feel I am not trusting in this process. What am I missing or what do I need to know or do to fill in this gap? thank you.

All you seem to be lacking is the confidence that your prayers are being answered manifest by acting on that conviction.

The other 3 answerers are right-on in observing that your lack of self-esteem is probably a major factor in your life. Once you believe in yourself, you can begin to trust your intuition about jobs, people, etc. Some help with self-esteem at http://www.how-to-self.com/self-esteem-confidence.php
