Should I get paid for my training hours I put in?

I was told it was paid training in an email but I haven't received any money yet and it's been three Weeks. I left my job at Walmart to go work at Vivint I went to their orientation and to training that week I decided to leave them because it was the kind of work I was looking for but I put in 22 hours of training and I haven't seen a dime can they decide not to pay me if I left? I have bills I'm donating plasma just to pay the bills but it's not enough for all of them what can I do to get my money?

If the contract states that they offer paid training then yes you should be paid. If at all possible confront the job in person about unpaid wages.
