How often can you flat iron your hair and what heat protectant is good?

Okay so I always had wavy hair and used gel to tame it. I grew it out more, used a Bellezza flat iron and I will never go back! My hair is finally the way I always wanted it. I haven't had to iron for 2 days since I used it! It's crazy. I could get used to this. So how much is too much and what heat protectant is best? I looked at CVS but I have no clue when it comes to hair products.

You are doing a GREAT JOB! Flatting Ironing your hair every two days is good.. Try John Fritta Products for keeping your hair protected against the heat.. i like its a10 miracle leave in product is a bluish purple bottle with purple cap. It helps with a lot of things for your hair.
