How do I become a stock broker for a big company?
I'm planning on becoming a stock broker, I'm going to University to get my MBA and then I'm planning on taking my series 7 test. How can I get a job as a broker in a big company, do I start off as a intern then work my way up? Thanks

In the US - You need to be an employee of a Broker/Dealer so they can sponsor you in order to become a licensed stock broker. You can not take the series 7 unless you are sponsored... More

A career as a stock broker is dead, dead flat. Why do you still want to become one. 20 years ago, stock brokers made plenty of money. But today, while everybody is doing their own trading through online brokerages,

I think you need to learn what 'being a broker' is. Probably yes to your last sentence- unless your dad happens to be big client of a stockbroker. There are analysts, institutional salesmen, dealers etc.
