How is this even relevant engineering experience?

My industrial experience advisor here at school had recommended this internship with United Airlines, but I am not sure how this is even relevant to chemical engineering or engineering at all? Job description: - Team with catering partners to identify and document standard business process - Use project management methodology to track completion of assigned tasks to insure on time delivery of business process manual chapters - Participate in cost savings initiatives through use of lean and six sigma tools and partners in implementing improvements with planning and design process, Chelsea Kitchens and contract catering locations Critical Skills and Experience - Knowledge of project management, lean six sigma tools and work process documentation including standard work - Strong computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Proven written and verbal communications skills - Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization and outside suppliers - Must be a self-starter and able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment - 50% travel required - Must be a current undergraduate student, junior or senior, with a major in Industrial Engineering or other technical degree
