How to make career in IT security?

Hi, i am Dev. I completed Diploma in Comuter Engineering. I have 2 years experience in Networking. I want to make career in IT security. I got first Job in Ladder technology on Diploma basis. Now i am working with Wipro Technology.

MCSE is nice, Now try to get CISSP . Also you will need some hands on experience in the IT Security field. You may have to start at the bottom performing very basic security related tasks ... vulnerability identification, vulnerability remediation, various ways of encrypting data, etc. Good luck.

Try to get CCNA, CCNP security, and try to learn any check point certification like CCSA. and you will get well opening. best of luck.
