Where should I get a second job?

I'm turning 16 years old in a few weeks and currently work at minimum wage at Marshalls with no chance of pay raise or bonuses. I want to get a second job this summer; I'm considering applying for a few positions such as a hostess at the Melting Pot or Outback Steakhouse, a server at Johnny Rockets, or a cashier at Au Bon Pain. Which of these would be most enjoyable and/or pays the best? Any other job suggestions would be helpful as well.

I have been a hostess at three fine dining restaurants and let me tell you this much: be a server! It sucks watching them make hundreds a night (because the food is so expensive, they make great tips) while you stand there and have to do all the work for them. A second job means you can only do part-time. I suggest waiter or walking dogs or fast food restaurant etc..
