How to get hired as a floral designer?
I would love a job in a flower shop. I'm not afraid of getting messy or lifting heavy things. I am an artist so I know that I have an eye for design. Only problem is, all the jib listings want experience. How do I get my foot in the door?

About two weeks before Valentines Day, or Mothers Day, or Christmas go to a nearby florist that seems to be doing a good business, and ask whether they need temporary help. Is there a school for this? You are asking the wrong question. You asked to be hired as a floral designer. You are not one. You want to be hired as an assistant. Offer to work for dirty cheap in return to having them "teach" you the business.
