Looking for a good transition training union from ARMY to civilian?

I'm Transitioning from ARMY to civilian here in the next month, I would like to know if anyone knows about any Union or company where I can apply for for training and Job in USA, preferably in NJ, but willing to get it any where in the Country, any other suggestion about opportunities for work or training is also acceptable. Job Core my friend or become a contractor like some soliders or a DOD civilian. Some contractors stay in the US like BAE Systems and Mantech.
