How do I become a shift leader (nightshift manager) at hardee's? Also what are the added responsibilities?

I just started my job a little under a month ago. I know a 'shift leader' needs to know how to do all the positions (cook, drive through, front cashier), count the drawers, do the cash drop, count inventory, and waste. Is there anything else I would need to know? I currently work at a set schedule, if i became a shift leader, would that change? Are there any tests or time requirements for the position? Thanks!
