What questions do they ask in interviews for a Top Secret Clearance/ SCI?

I have currently enlisted into the Army with the reserved MOS of 35F (Intelligence Analyst) and of course I need to get a Top Secret Clearance. What are they trying to pry out of these peoples like for examples former employers. Thank you in Advance
