The University of Chicago is a much better school than Chicago State. It has much higher admission standards than CSU. I am pretty sure that UC has a football team too, so he can study Chemistry and play sports.

Why is he torn?!?!?!!? The University of Chicago is a school comparable to Harvard, Princeton, Yale, etc. It is an Ivy+ institution. The University of Chicago is a Legendary research institution. If he wants to be a scientist, that is where he needs to be.
