Is it worth getting a master's degree if I want to be a NJ Math Teacher?

I'm planning on getting a bachelor's degree in math and a teaching certification to be a math teacher. Is it really worth getting a master's degree after graduation to get a NJ Math teaching job or will a bachelor's degree suffice? If I need a master's degree, should I just go to school immediately upon graduation or should I get a teaching job then get my master's degree in math part time after teaching class?
