What should a child care aide wear to work?

I'm starting a job at a nursery school as a child care aid and I don't know what I should wear. I know not to wear anything revealing or anything I don't want to get messed up. What would be the ideal attire? Specific examples are preferred. By the way I'm 18, 5'3 1/2, and about 110 lbs.

You should check whether your child care has dress code or not. There should be a part recommending you what to wear. If not, then you should wear flat shoes (not trainers), plain trousers & plain black tshirt or jumper. Ideally your hair should be swept back from your face and no hoops or dangling jewellery... More

Wear something comfortable enough to sit on the floor, crawl around with the kids, and run and play in outside.
