How good is my cover letter ? I am a high school student, any mistakes?

My name is Arerevure Lindsey and I am a 16 year old junior at Cahokia High School in Cahokia, IL. I am currently unemployed and looking for my first job. While searching, I visited the Pizza Hut website looking for availible positions. When I saw positions availible I decided to fill out an online application. I am interested in this position because I love working with others. I feel that the qualities I have will be a great contribution to your corporation. I have a positive attitude and an amazing ability to work well with others, especially in an environment that can get hectic at times. I feel that would be very much needed. When assigned group projects in school, I have always received great feedback. I am mature, honest, and reliable. Taking on challenges is especially my thing because defeating them and accomplishing goals overjoys me. Although I have no work experiences, I was a tutor for a friend of the family's for two years. I tutored an elementary student in all subjects, which I must say, ended in great results. I also do housework for my grandmother if she is unable to, and have done babysitting for mutliple families. I hope the qualities and skills that I have will be pleasing enough that my request to fill this position will be considered. If needed, I would be pleased to meet in a personal interview. I can be contacted at (xxx)xxx-xxxx or by email at Thank you for you time.

Is this really for Pizza Hut or is this a school assignment? If this is for the real thing, then you will need to shorten it for the Pizza Hut people. If it's for a teacher at school, then that's another matter. But, it if it for Pizza Hut, it needs to be way shortened. First, don't say you're currently unemployed and... More
