What does a "Benefit Specialist" do at Aflac?

I need a description on what they do..since I am going to an interview tomorrow and want to know what my responsibilities would be. Is it the kind of job where I have to rent out my own work space and buy my own business cards and there laptop or what? I tried calling the company about it but they mysteriously couldn't tell me :P
