Is the United States of America on the verge of becoming a third-world country?

Trillions of dollars worth of debts, Outsourced jobs, Unemployment, Underemployment, Middle-class almost non-existent, States going bankrupt, Illegal Immigration labor problems etc etc etc We're all aware that most rich businessmen want cheaper labor in order to increase profit, hence they outsource jobs. If the trend continue to be like this with fewer and fewer investors willing to take risk in the so-called "Land Of Milk and Honey"...Is the United States soon to become a 3rd world country in the future?
