I have a 2008 Saturn Aura, and I wonder if anyone could help me with diagnostics?

SYMPTOMS: The lock button on the driver's door that is supposed to lock and unlock all the doors only works on the driver's door itself. The other locks move a little and try to lock or unlock, but they don't seem to get enough power. There's a faint clicking noise in the AC when it's on. Sometimes the speakers on the radio get quiet and scratchy, but most of the time they work properly. The transmission sometimes shifts hard and/or late. Sometimes the transmission can't figure out which gear it wants when cruising at approximately 40mph, so it shifts back and forth more often than it should. The engine seems to have a slight murmur when idling. I've checked the alternator. I've checked the battery for corrosion. QUESTION: Could all of these symptoms be related to a short in the electric system? Is it more likely each symptom is an independent problem? Does it seem like the transmission itself has a problem, or does it seem electric because it's the computer not telling it to shift properly? Any help will be greatly appreciated, especially if you know of a video that demonstrates how to diagnose the transmission and/or electric system.
