Is this a good career choice for me?
I want to become a librarian. I want to be surrounded by books & I want enough time to work on my writing. I want a stable job so I can also have a family; I really want kids!:) Basically I want a simple life, but before that I want to travel & get all my partying out, perfect for college. (I'm 17) I'm about to enter senior year & I'm planning on attending Pace University. Sound good for me? What should I major in? What if Pace doesn't have library science?

It doesn't matter if Pace has a library science degree which they don't. There are only like 50 ALA accredited master's programs in the United States. In order to become a librarian, you need to get a Bachelor's degree first, in anything, then get a master's in library science. You can even do this online. That's what... More
