How come GE led by Obama's Job Czar has outsourced more jobs and no liberal talks about them?

GE - Jeff Immett - "CBS 60 Min. Offensive Rebuttal " was an insult on injury exporting job and revenues to Brazil and foreign lands . He makes no apologies that GE is a "Global Corporation" and no longer an "American Corporation". He believe the future is overseas. GE- Jeff Immett (CBS 60 Min): Creating " Global" cities in foreign land with no apologies! GE created the city Peteopolis, Brazil by transferring Mfg. and Service Jobs (not made in America) GE - Jeff Immett (CBS 60Min): GE 35% growth in foreign lands while only 1% growth in America. Locomotive mfg . plant: jet engine service plant: new aviation plant: and new R&D center has been established in Brazil. GE - Jeff Immett (CBS 60 Min): No longer an American Company - Makes 60-70% revenues in foreign lands. Transferring multi-billion dollar ($) Computer Aviation System technology to China (competition with American Aviation companies). Could this become a "National Security" threat? GE - Jeff Immett (CBS 60 Min): Immett hedged when asked if GE should have a "Civic Responsibility" to support job growth in the U.S. . He implied - the American public should stop being "cry babies" and "cheer and root" for his "off shore" approach to job growth. Another example why the American Public is "p****d" at Corporate America! GE - Jeff Immett (CBS 60 Min): He suggested that the U.S. Government should have a partnership role with Corporate America. Yes - Low taxes on repatriated overseas revenues. The Pentagon and its armies can protect their overseas earnings. America is the best "safe haven" to store their "fortunes" without paying their "fair share"of taxes for protection.. The American Public is "p****d" with this "ROBBER BARON" attitude! ***GE - Jeff Immett - YES - "DARK RAIDER -ROBBER BARON" OF THE YEAR*** The Job Czar from Hell

And GE is run by a VERY conservative CEO. And yes they donate money to Obama and to Romney. As we've seen with the Wall Streeters, they play both sides of the street.

I take it conservatives don't consider CBS and particularly 60 Minutes to be liberal anymore.

Where ever you got those quotes from, they spelled his name wrong. Anyways, to answer your question, I agree with you that people should be more critical of GE not paying taxes.

This is what gets me, GE has outsourced thousands of jobs with obamas blessings and the left remains silent, Romney took failing companies and either made them profitable or liquidated them (to include one now known as Staples that employees near 90,000 US CITIZENS) and it is BIG news.

Why is that foreign markets do not make it politically incorrect to seek the future of energy alternatives and green technologies, of course GE is going to outsource, the US has politicized a matter of global competitiveness... More
