Wouldn't it be great if the Left's solutions actually worked? If taxing the rich really created prosperity?

and the welfare state actually helped lift people out of poverty? and spending more on education actually made people smarter? and investing in the green industry actually created lots of jobs? actually, it did. I seem to recall a better employment rate under Bush, it's when the Dems swept the house that unemployment skyrocketed but I admit it would be nice if the Democrats' simple-minded solutions actually worked.
