I dont know what I m doing wrong in my interview or is it my resume ?

I apply to three great jobs and I do have the skills for the job and before the interview I do research on the company and have question for them and everything else but every time after the interview three days later they hire some one else. There is one company that I apply four times got two interview and I was turn down twice plz help and here is my resume too Objective: To pursue employment opportunities with a reputable company that will allow me to utilize my skills and ability in a warehouse or production environment. Operated and managed forklift equipment. · Verified order forms and documents. · Quality assurance. · Staged products in proper location. · Documented incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy. Exel – Fogelsville, Pa 01/2008 - 03/2011 · Appointed team leader. · Unloaded incoming shipment (inbound) and stored products in proper location. · Operated forklift equipment to unload, load, transport, stock, or stage products and materials. · Picked, verified and prepared products for order accuracy prior to shipment. · Secured appropriate records for inventory accuracy and report quality variances. · Assisted teammates with specific work orders. · Assigned trailers to proper loading dock location. · Examined customer orders for accuracy and ensure paperwork was done promptly. · Set-up for shift preparation. Allied- Allentown, Pa 06/2006 - 06/2007 · Picking. · Utilized cherry picker equipment for customer orders or shipment. · Data entry. Haldeman Ford- Allentown, Pa 05/2005 - 06/2006 · Sales and Customer service. · Assisted new customers to determine their needs with information about particular vehicles. · Performed demonstrations on the features and suitability of the vehicle prior to test-drive. · Prepared and finalized vehicle sales. Education: William Allen High School 09/2003 –06/2005 High School Diploma Skills and Ability: Managed and operated selected warehouse equipment such as: . If you're getting interviews, your resume is not the problem. The resume is what gets you the interview. So you're already further ahead than a lot of us. It may not be that you are doing anything wrong in the interview. Interviews are so subjective. A lot depends on specifically what the interviewer is looking... More
