JOB INTERVIEW QUESTION: Describe a time when you changed a system or procedure?
How do I answer a question like this in a job interview? I am struggling to come up with an answer, could any of you guys help? This is a typical competency question.

Easy. When I go for a dump, I used to wipe forward, this caused me to get very smelly/crap covered balls, now I changed my system of wiping to always wipe backwards, now my balls are sparkly.

Imagine a time when something was out of order like a untidy cupboard and you put things in there place all neat and tidy so you can find things better, well this is a system change.
