Depends on the game and how you define ultra, your cpu is good personally i'm an intel guy but it's good powerful and I have no issues, skyrim is a funny old game at times but with your processor and gpu you should be totally fine, the gtx570 is last gen and i'd reccomend the gtx670 if you can make that jump (it's just...
