Is outsourcing American jobs for cheaper labor part of capitalism?

the right of the individual to choose what to produce, how to produce it, and what price to sell it for. is there a moral obligation to stand up against 10 cents per day work or is that just the way the world is? Now if I complain about this, am I considered anti-capitalist? I hear people complaining about jobs being out sourced to other countries. Why are they complaining when the companies has every right to make as much money as they can? Do Americans feel they are entitled work and labor?
