Yeah, I don't know about education & degree... Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Michael Dell all dropped out of college yet became billionaires. On the other hand, there are all kinds of middle class peons with degrees from top-30 universities... some of them even drive taxis, apparently.
These books will give you some clues, but not a blueprint:

"How to be a Billionaire: Proven Strategies from the Titans of Wealth"

You can't help but conclude that LUCK is probably the biggest factor of all.
So, good luck to you, but it was probably already decided at your birth (genes, parents, personality, energy level, temperament, etc. - intelligence is the least of it).
