I have no idea what I'm going to do after high school?
I'm going to be starting my last year of high school in a month, and I'm really starting to stress over my future and such things. I know this question is a bit over asked, and that there are probably hundreds of other people in my same position, but I'd really appreciate some advice from someone with experience in this situation. A lot of my friends are planning to go into Nursing school. Because they know what they're doing in University, they're basing the classes the take this year on that. Since I have no idea what I'm doing, I didn't really know what classes to sign up for. I feel like that's going to hurt me in the future, and I'm scared I'm going to have to upgrade or something. The thing is, though, I'm really not good at anything, and I'm not the smartest person out there either. I'm taking Biology and Physics this year and the lower math level. I've never been good at math and science. My average in math this past year was a 53%, and I think I had around a 60% in sciences. It's not because I slack off, either, I just could not grasp any of the topics we covered. I'm a bit better at English, (average was 83%) but I don't think I have much of an interest in it, so I don't know about studying that in University. Overall, I just don't know what to do with my life. I don't know what careers suit me, or what grades I'm going to be needing to get into University or what I even WANT to do. I'm totally lost. All of my friends are most likely going to be trying to apply for colleges in the fall to get their positions held, and I know for a fact that I'm going to get extra stressed when that time comes. Any advice would be helpful, thank you :)

Solice, just know that universities are not for everyone. Some people can get the best grades in high school and get into university and flunk out because they're just tired of the schooling or they're bored. Consider other options; maybe you'd like to begin working and save up money and at the same time, you can think... More
